Batia Grafka is a graduate of the Betzalel Art School in Jerusalem, the School for Plastic Arts in Tel Aviv and the Otis Parson School in Los Angeles. She has worked for thirty years as an art director in the movie industry in Hollywood and as Artistic Director for the National Theater of Israel Habima During her career as an art director in Hollywood she continued to paint and has had several private exhibitions in Los Angeles. Her art is in the private collections of many directors and stars of the film industry. She is now living and painting in Menorca, Spain. This exhibition is her first in London.
